It was quite a strange experience for me, since this kind of head and hair massage isn’t something we Europeans are used to. It’s pretty strong and intense. Even though I told the staff I’d prefer a gentler massage, it’s obvious that their style involves applying a lot of pressure on the head — almost like an exfoliation. One thing’s for sure: the products they used made my hair soft, shiny, and absolutely lovely. It’s definitely worth trying at least once, just for the experience. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the staff talked quite a lot during the session.
