Very supportive receptionist. They upgraded the room type for me with clear and professional service attitude. Rooms were nice, the first day I got the balcony room and 2nd day got the city view room with nice decoration. Location is not in the middle of old town but kinda convenient with grab, just 0.5 to 2 $ you can reach to any touris spots. 3 stars hotel with the price of old town dormitories. Highly recommended!
****AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST*** old, dirty and dusty rooms... and if it was only this, well, it work still be ok. scam compare to the reservation online and unprofessional staff. so I didn't spend my last night there. it was too much. I like to sleep in a peaceful and safe environment. they pretend to be high value, but it's just on the surface. they offer lounge and many services online. when you ask about it, they pretend you must have been confused with another establishment. when I showed proof, the lady suddenly couldn't speak English anymore. when I asked to change online, they asked me to send them proof of my statements. it sounded even more like a scam. I checked out 11 minutes after check out time. they wanted me to pay when there was no where written anything about overtime fees. real scammers.
I had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Hanoi Hotel. The check-in process was very fast and smooth, which I really appreciated after a long trip. A special thank you to Tsu at the reception — she was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm attitude made me feel comfortable right away. Great service and a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel! 😊
We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Hanoi Hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable after a long day of exploring. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and experience Hanoi. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience — great value for money, and I would happily stay here again.
