The name says it all – our stay at Splendid Premium Hotel was truly splendid! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and right at home. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the sky bar offered absolutely breathtaking views of Hanoi – definitely a highlight of our trip. Breakfast was another standout, with a delicious spread offering plenty of variety. We especially appreciated that the selection changed between the two mornings we stayed, keeping things fresh and exciting. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and was extremely impressed by the level of service throughout my visit. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. A special mention goes to May, our hostess, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. She made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. I'd also like to thank John, the lovely doorman, whose kindness and cheerful attitude added a personal touch to our stay. He was always welcoming and went out of his way to assist us whenever needed. The outstanding service from May, John, and the entire team made our experience truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

One detail that perfectly reflects their honesty and dedication to guests was when we accidentally left our headphones in the gym. The staff had safely kept them for us until we returned. Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly lovely, attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. The receptionist Cindy made our stay even better. She took the time to explain the layout of Hanoi, gave us great local recommendations and suggested some fantastic tours we could book through the hotel. Her friendly and positive attitude made us feel very welcome. The hotel was also in an amazing location, right near the lake and amazing restaurants as well as the night market. Overall, the service was exceptional and really made our trip memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
