The hotel was really good and clean with a nice smell always. I booked for connecting rooms and it was really nice and clean. Very modern and it has everything. Staff were super amazing they were extremely kind and nice and very very helpful they take care of everything you need and they make sure you have a smooth and nice stay especially one staff name Zoe she is really helpful and always makes sure you have all what you need. Breakfast buffet was amazing and has vegetarian options for Halal food and they have along with it a menu for food you can order. Location of the hotel is very good and close to almost everything. I strongly recommend it The toilet privacy would prefer if it was a wall with a door on it instead of glass for more privacy. This culture of toilets surrounded with glass been noticed in most of Vietnam hotels.
Easily one of the best hotels I stayed in during my 3 week holiday!! The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating, they had a positive and welcoming energy that truely made our stay at Minerva perfect! The rooms were very comfortable and had more than enough space. The included breakfast was a bonus and was incredibly delicious!! Thank you to the Minerva team for making my stay in Hà Nội an amazing experience, your service was greatly appreciated. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here.
Hello all, I have to recommend this hotel. Staff service is extraordinary, speaking English well, just doing everything to have a great stay - coming earlier? No problem! Visiting a train street? Train harmonogram ready. Staff asks you about your plan. Not just for conversation but proactively trying to help you to get the best experience from hotel and Vietnam. Minerva Premium Boutique Hotel was my choice again during a work stay in December, and after a year the hotel has kept the same character. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the bathroom is a real plus. The level of cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast is served on the top floor with a well-designed menu and a pleasant setting. The staff are all very attentive and make an honest effort to make you feel a real guest. They also respond quickly via WhatsApp, which makes the stay easy and efficient. The Min Spa is small but well organized, with treatment rooms that feel almost private. Finally, the location of the hotel is excellent: calm and quiet, while being right in the heart of Hanoi.
