Excellent hotel. We stayed in many throughout Vietnam and although this isn't the most newest ( still modern though) it is by far the best in terms of service and we had the best stay. Every single member of the team went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable with genuine kindness and friendliness. The reception staff restaurant team leaders everyone was superb and also spoke amazing English. At breakfast there was a separate vegetarian menu where every dish was made fresh and was delicious. Rooms spacious and beautiful, the location is incredible. Can't ask for much more Huge credit to all the team and I would not hesitate to stay here at all if you are deciding!
Lovely place and a pleasant surprise that this boutique hotel is well maintained, nested in a quieter area. Staff are all well trained and mostly speaks fluent English. Naomi especially has displayed great hospitality checking on guests' comfort levels and makes small talk from time to time to ensure our stay is a happy one! Excellent and professional set of staff. We will definitely choose to stay here again should we return. They even gave a traditional coffee set as farewell gift! A pleasant surprise to end our trip. :)
We stayed at this hotel for an entire week during our trip to Hanoi, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The location is excellent, with many great restaurants, cafés, and attractions all within walking distance. The hotel offers outstanding value for money. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and welcoming. What truly made our stay special, however, was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. A special thank you to Celine and Naomi, who took such wonderful care of us throughout the trip. From arranging our rooms, booking massages, organizing our Ninh Binh day trip, and recommending activities and restaurants, they were always there whenever we needed help. What we appreciated most were the thoughtful little touches. Whether it was a quick chat over breakfast, a WhatsApp message to check how our day was going or remembering my food preferences, every interaction felt personal and genuine. This hotel reminded us that great hospitality isn't just about beautiful rooms or a convenient location. It's about the people who make guests feel valued and genuinely cared for. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you, Celine, Naomi, and the entire team, for being such a special part of our Hanoi memories!!
I stayed here for 4 nights, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to help with everything I needed. A special thank you to Celine Nguyen and her amazing team. They provided exceptional service throughout my stay and even helped me plan my entire itinerary, booking tours and giving great recommendations that made my trip so much easier. On my departure day, they even prepared a take-away breakfast because I had an early flight to the airport. That thoughtful gesture really meant a lot. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and took great care of me during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Thank you, Celine Nguyen and the entire team, for making my visit so memorable
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The value for money is exceptional the room size was surprisingly spacious compared to the price, making it one of the best deals I’ve experienced. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff at reception were always welcoming, helpful, and professional. The restaurant was lovely and offered a very enjoyable buffet experience with a good variety of options. Another highlight was the bathroom water pressure, which was excellent and made the stay even more comfortable. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast buffet labeling. It would be very helpful if dishes included allergy information and clear labels indicating whether items contain pork or not, especially for guests with dietary restrictions or religious requirements. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
