Stayed for 2 nights and I loved it! The room and hotel in general were beautifully decorated, and the breakfast, food and cocktails were great. I also found the staff to be very friendly and attentive which made me feel very comfortable. I specifically enjoyed spending time at the rooftop pool!

Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay truly comfortable and memorable. A special thanks to the managers, Bright and Quan, for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be back!
A relatively new hotel, everything feels fresh, modern, and exceptionally clean. The rooms are a little on the smaller side, but they’re well-designed, comfortable, and have everything you need. New Cold AC Systems, coffee machine and other essentials. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly polite, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home from the moment I arrived until I checked out. Their hospitality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. For the price, this hotel offers outstanding value in Ha Noi. Between the cleanliness, the excellent service, and the warm atmosphere, it’s definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed all across vietnam. In fact, I was so impressed that I’ve already rebooked it for my next visit to Ha Noi. Regarding the size of rooms, consider taking a wider/bigger option for comfortability if you’re traveling with family members. Highly recommended! Definitely a 5/5 !
Checking in at Heritage Ham Long Hotel & Spa was a great decision for our family trip. Despite being opened just a few months before our check-in, I am impressed with how its exterior is consistent with the French-inspired aesthetic of the neighborhood. The location is also near Old Quarters; thus, for those travelers who like staying outside tourist areas but still near to it, this hotel is a good choice. Aside from that, the staff are very much attentive to our needs. I appreciate how they assist the guests from the time we open the door of our car service, up to the opening of the elevators! Quality of hospitality is really evident at all times. The amenities at the 10th floor to the roof deck are also a great spot to enjoy Hanoi's skyline. The breakfast options are also varied, and cater to different preferences of the guests. 😊 Overall, my experience with Heritage Ham Long Hotel and Spa was excellent! 😊
First off, I want to start my review with saying the service is amazing here. The staff really goes above and beyond. WE LOVED DRAKE HO!! He was the best and so funny. We also had another staff member go above and beyond by calling a restaurant to get us a reservation there that was difficult. The cleaning ladies are also very thorough! The free breakfast buffet is very nice as well and they had pho to order for breakfast. The service is top notch and the hotel is very nice.
