My stay at Hanvet Hotel Hanoi was somewhat disappointing and did not fully meet my expectations. The first drawback was the condition of the facilities and equipment. Many of the room furnishings and amenities appeared old and outdated, showing clear signs of wear and tear. The overall condition of the room did not provide the level of comfort and modernity that travelers would typically expect. Another issue was the service quality. The staff were generally polite, but they did not seem particularly attentive or enthusiastic when assisting guests. The level of customer service could be improved to create a more welcoming and professional experience. In addition, the hotel's location may be inconvenient for some visitors. It is situated in a narrow alley that is not accessible by car, making transportation and luggage handling more difficult, especially for guests traveling with large bags or families. Overall, Hanvet Hotel Hanoi may be suitable for budget-conscious travelers looking for a basic place to stay. However, improvements in facilities, customer service, and accessibility would significantly enhance the guest experience.
Veey good. Little bit hiding from main road but not a big problem.
Found this hotel after my partner got admitted at the hospital nearby. We walk-in at close to 3am, a staff sleeping at the entrance woke up to check us in. The room was a comforting space. It was clean, spacious, modern and with running hot water. What we sorely needed after a long, difficult day. Our stay extended time after time due to my partner extended stay at the hospital. The staff were always friendly and helpful despite the language barrier, we had no issues communicating with the help of google translate. They also settled my laundry for me at a very affordable rate. Plenty of f&b apart from Viet food nearby due to the close proximity to the university. Didn’t take photos of the place but the ones in other reviews are true to picture. Thank you Hanvet hotel for making my stay so comfortable at such a dark time for me, it means a lot
