Our stay exceeded our expectations! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One thing we really appreciated was how quiet it was, which allowed us to have a peaceful and comfortable night’s sleep after a full day of exploring. We also really appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage while we were out on a tour, which made our trip so much more convenient. It was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The staff truly deserve special recognition. They were polite, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were always happy to assist us. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
We stayed for 2 nights here and it was really nice, the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is really great too, you also can order from the menu, the kitchen will make it for you right away. Mi is the one who served us, she’s really nice, attentive, and speaks english well. The hotel is near the lake and night market (open weekend only), it’s only 5 min walk. Recommended hotel if you want to stay in Hanoi.
Just spent 10 days in this hotel. It should have been 11 but there was an issue booking in on the first day. No need to elaborate on that!! When I did get to check in on the second day it was wonderful. The whole 10 days has been fantastic. The staff have been outstanding with special shout outs to Emily & Chi these two young ladies have been superb!! Great restaurant referrals and amazing overall attention to detail. Breakfast is simple but they will cook eggs to your liking. However, at this price, with a free breakfast, how can you not appreciate the value for money. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a clean well priced hotel in an absolutely fantastic location!!!! 5 star!!!
My family of 15 stayed at Hanoi HM Hotel from 25 May to 2 June. We were initially booked at another hotel but were transferred here due to issues with our original rooms. In the end, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was simple but decent, and the hotel's location was excellent—surrounded by plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring Hanoi. What stood out most was the service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate and assist such a large group. A special mention goes to Sang, the doorman, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. My toddler became very fond of him and would look for him every time we returned to the hotel. His warmth and friendliness made our stay even more memorable. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that my niece and nephew experienced bug bites during their stay. We were fairly confident the issue originated from the hotel room, as they spent two nights in another town without getting any new bites, but the bites resumed after returning to Hanoi. To the hotel's credit, the staff responded promptly and did their best to address the situation by changing their room and arranging airport transfers for our group. Overall, despite this issue, we had a very positive experience at Hanoi HM Hotel. The spacious rooms, excellent location, and dedicated staff made for an enjoyable stay, and I would especially like to thank Sang and the team for their hospitality.
I had a wonderful experience with both Vietgo Travel and Hanoi HM Boutique Hotel. The entire trip was organized professionally from start to finish. Vietgo Travel did an excellent job planning the itinerary. Everything was smooth, well-timed, and thoughtfully arranged. The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the journey even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-organized and memorable travel experience in Vietnam. I will definitely choose them again for my future trips!
