3 nights in Hanoi, family of 5, 2 rooms; it felt like this was the best location for exploring and shopping in the old quarter, and for bus transfer pick up going in and out of Hanoi. The property is kept clean and functional. Breakfast buffet, excellent 👌 Best of all is the service. We requested luggages storage 2 days before our check in date; staff were so accommodating to all our needs. Definitely recommended and will book here again if ever we return to Hanoi. Thank you for a great Hanoi experience!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making me feel right at home. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfy and relaxing place to stay. Thank you to the amazing team for making my experience so pleasant. I will definitely stay here again!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Our family group of five stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. We are extremely satisfied with the hotel and its staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the doormen and the front desk staff for their kindness and excellent service. We would especially like to thank the restaurant team on the 8th floor. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. Every day they greeted us with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and exceptional attention to guests. Their welcoming attitude made us feel at home and added greatly to our enjoyment of the stay. Excellent service! From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, Anna came out to receive us and helped with our luggages. Everyone in the hotel was so friendly and helpful. Even the lady at breakfast explained what we could get and offered us omelette which was so good! Thank you Phuong Anh, Anna, Minh and Lucky (funny lady) for making our stay so memorable! Location is super convenient - just 2 mins to the bus station. Hotel is near enough to all the nice places yet not too close to the boisterous beer street. Highly recommend 👍
Booked the City View Suite via Agoda, but on arrival we were informed the booking had been overlooked and the room was unavailable. The staff were very apologetic and offered an Executive Double Room with Window instead. Since we are only staying for one night, we decided to make do with it. They gave us a refund for the price difference between the room types which was really nice of them! The Executive Double Room with Window was small but clean and comfortable for a one-night stay. Great location in the Old Quarter, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, the weekend night market, Ngoc Son Temple, and many shops and restaurants all around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served on the rooftop (Level 8) with nice views of the surrounding area. There’s an egg and pho station where you can order chicken or beef pho and freshly cooked eggs, along with a small buffet selection including bread, hot dogs, bacon, and salads. Would definitely stay again for the location and friendly service.
