Small boutique style of hotel which has everything you need. The staff were exceptional, the reception staff couldn't do enough to help us, we were very impressed and they actually made the stay for us. It has a small dining room and gym in the basement levels and a few rooms to each floor. I would say it's in the heart of the old town and shoping the market and beer st are all a short walk away.
Hanoi Allure Hotel is a charming boutique accommodation situated in the heart of the Old Quarter. The location is ideal, with friendly staff offering warm hospitality, a delicious daily breakfast buffet, and easy walking access to Hoan Kiem Lake and the area’s popular cafes. We chose this hotel in the Old Quarter because many tours often pick up guests nearby. Our stay was truly comfortable, thanks to the excellent service from staff members who speak English fluently. The breakfast buffet was consistently tasty, and we appreciated that Vietnamese coffee was included along with a daily hot special. The beds were cozy, and despite being close to Beer Street, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The fitness center was a bit of a letdown—it lacked natural light since it’s located underground—but overall, everything else exceeded our expectations, making for a very enjoyable stay.
Very nice hotel and staff are absolutely friendly and very helpful. Gave guides of what food and places to go around old quarter. Helped when I had an injury. And also very responsive for room service help. Cleaning aunty cleans toilet impeccably ita wonderful. I'd definitely come back again in this hotel. Room fitted with netflix and youtube so very good for watching and relaxing.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for and welcomed. A special appreciation to Ms. Jenny Ha for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. Although we encountered certain issues that were not due to the hotel, she showed exceptional care and generosity by compensating for the inconvenience. Her kindness truly made our experience unique, and we were deeply touched by a level of hospitality that we honestly did not expect. It is gestures like these that make a great hotel stand out from a good one. The hotel itself has lovely decor, a welcoming environment, and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel at home. More importantly, we felt assured knowing that the hotel genuinely cared for its guests’ comfort and experience. We highly recommend Hanoi Allure Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and are truly grateful for the memorable stay.
Hanoi Allure Hotel, located in the heart of the Hanoi Old Quarter, is an accommodation that stands out for its excellent service and convenience. We booked the Executive Balcony Room with two single beds and a city view for three nights. We arrived from the airport at around 1.00 pm. Although our room on level eight was not ready yet, the reception staff assisted us with the check in process and completed the necessary formalities. We were welcomed with drinks and fruits, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff also provided helpful guides on food and tourist attractions, and even took the time to understand our plans and offer recommendations. When they learned that our departure flight was at 9.50 am, they advised us to leave early with at least three hours to allow sufficient time for check in and immigration clearance. After a quick lunch nearby, we returned to the hotel at around 1.50 pm, and our room was ready. The room was spacious and faced the city, yet was located away from the noisier bar streets. The beds, linens, and towels were clean, and both the bed and pillows were comfortable. Two bottles of water were provided daily, and additional water could be refilled at the dispenser in the lobby. Housekeeping was carried out daily, including towel changes. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with plenty of food and massage options nearby, as well as shops selling a wide range of items such as shoes, bags, and clothing. Many popular tourist attractions are also within walking distance like Hoàn Kiếm Lake and St. Joseph Cathedral. Breakfast is served daily from 6.30 am to 10.00 am, offering an international spread with some Vietnamese options, including bread, eggs, cereal, salad, coffee, and tea. Check out was smooth and efficient. As we had to leave before breakfast on our final day, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a simple takeaway of sandwiches and bananas for us to bring along to the airport. Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and consistently ensured that our stay was comfortable. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the soundproofing. We could occasionally hear noise from staff opening the stairwell door in the morning and neighbouring room due to the connecting door. However, this did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the hotel is a strong choice for anyone visiting Hanoi.
