This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Customer service is outstanding. We had a small problem (with our next hotel, not ClassyC) during our stay and Fancy was brilliant at sorting it out for us. She also arranged a great tour to Ninh Binh for our family. We hope she liked the flowers we bought her as a thank you for all her help. We had an interconnecting room for 2 adult and 2 teenagers which was fine and suited our needs. The location of the hotel was great and we could walk to all the major attractions. A 5 minute walk to the lake and plenty of eating places locally. The Eggs Benedict at breakfast was delightful. Would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.
We spent a magnificent week at the Classyc Hotel. Everything was outstanding, from the service with friendly, caring, and responsive staff to the luxurious comfort of the well-appointed room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful and plentiful. The air conditioning was marvelous, especially after a day out exploring Hanoi. Housecleaning was exemplary. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The bartenders at both the pool bar and basement bar made fabulous, inventive cocktails and reasonable prices. Everyone and everything at the Classyc made it one of the best hotel stays we have had in a long time.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted with genuine smiles and exceptional hospitality. The team was consistently polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful — especially in assisting us with shower arrangements before our overnight train journey to Sapa. We truly appreciated being welcomed back each time to store and retrieve our belongings while waiting for our late departure. Your kindness, patience, and positive energy never went unnoticed. The service at Classyc Hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel is located near a traffic light intersection, so the area can get slightly congested during peak hours. However, the hotel itself appears quite new and is noticeably more spacious compared to many hotels in the Old Quarter area. Although the rooms tend to be on the smaller side, they were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious and of premium quality. One thoughtful touch was that guests receive a beautiful Vietnamese souvenir upon check-out, which was a lovely gesture and made guests feel appreciated. On the first floor, there is a bar called Reno Bar, and guests may receive a voucher during check-in that can be redeemed there. The atmosphere at Reno Bar was very comfortable and enjoyable — not overly crowded, with an attractive design and reasonably priced drinks. I would highly recommend Classyc Hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to Hanoi.
We had a fantastic stay at Classyc Hotel and honestly wish we had discovered this place during our first visit to Hanoi. From the very first interaction, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The staff is incredibly friendly and truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Since we arrived very early in the morning after our journey, we were allowed to use the shower facilities right away, which was such a relief. Our room was also ready earlier than the official check-in time. We didn’t end up needing that, but the fact that it was offered already says so much about the level of service. Upon arrival, you are greeted with a welcome drink and a refreshing towel, and then personally escorted to your room where everything is explained clearly. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and immediately felt like a home away from home. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options from different cuisines, so there is something for everyone. Another big highlight is the gym and especially the bar. This is not your typical hotel bar, but more like a stylish, lively spot with a great vibe where you can enjoy cocktails in the evening. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. It’s a shame we only found this hotel on our second visit, but it is definitely a place we would love to return to.
