A really lovely perfect 3 star hotel., nothing to fault. Staff are amazing. So so attentive and friendly. Mai so professional and caring.. an asset to the hotel. Fiona helpful and David .. so amazing wanted to take him home... nothing too much trouble. Breakfast brilliant. For the price and location cant go wrong.. But for staff dont think you will get better. A big thank you to all the staff for making my first visit to Hanoi a very happy one. As there are so many hotels it is a minefield but if you want a brilliant budget VERY clean room with fantastic staff .. cant go wrong
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Amorita Boutique Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions or requests. The room was clean, and the hotel offered good value for money. We also used the hotel’s laundry service, and it was honestly the best laundry service we had during our entire trip. The clothes came back perfectly clean, neatly folded, and the service was both fast and reasonably priced. In addition, we booked a couple of tours through the hotel. Everything was very well organized, the guides were professional, and the overall quality of the excursions exceeded our expectations. We were very happy that we chose to book them through the hotel. The only disappointment was that the room photos shown on the booking platform did not match the room we actually received. The pictures appeared to be of a higher room category, so our expectations were a bit different from reality. It would be great if the listing used photos that accurately represent each room type. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel for its excellent location, outstanding staff, and great service.
Mai was incredible from the moment we booked — and all the way through our stay. She helped us plan activities in Hanoi and for the other cities we’ll visit in Vietnam, which made everything so easy. Mai, Fiona, and the whole team were super welcoming and genuinely kind. Location is perfect: right in the Old Quarter, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and everything you need to stay entertained. We had a 6th floor room away from the street, so it was quiet and peaceful despite the buzz downstairs. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I would 100% recommend this hotel.
We booked our stay at Amorita for 7 days and here were a few features that stood out to me and makes Amorita really special and unique: 1. Continental breakfast was so delicious, diverse mix, and yummy every morning -full of fresh cut fruits, steamed and stirfried vegetables, rice rolls and noodles, cakes, etc. On top of the buffet style food, we could also order al la cart breakfast, including beef pho, french toast, pancakes, any style eggs, and omelettes! I want to show my appreciation to the chef who prepared all the food and works so hard! 2. Daily Housekeeping of the rooms; the team of housekeeping women are very friendly and work so hard everyday to make the room spectacularly clean, tidy, and comfortable with a smile on their face! 3. The staff go above and beyond to provide exceptional service, whether it's providing more toiletries and towels, checking in on people's needs and concerns, and providing a warm and inviting greeting every time we return to the hotel. A special thanks to Ms. Stacey who was always warm, genuine, and engaging! Lastly, I want to say a special shout-out to appreciate and thanks to Ms. Mai, who took care of us and every other person staying at Amorita. Every morning during breakfast, I would see Ms. Mai greeting everyone with a warm smile, checking in on their stay, and making people feel comfortable with her welcoming and positive energy! She also arranged our pick up taxi from the airport to the hotel which relieved our stress navigating in a new country. There may be more luxurious hotels in Hanoi, but I doubt that you will find one like Amorita with the staff who are so genuinely kind and hospitable and attentive to your needs! The staff made our trip so memorable and I would return for them! Would recommend!
I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was a great experience overall. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room I was given was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated that all the amenities were working perfectly, from the hot and cold shower to the air conditioning. Even the elevator was smooth and reliable, which made moving around the hotel very convenient. The location is definitely one of the best parts of this hotel. It’s close to everything—food spots, shopping areas, and even local transportation like Bus 86, which made getting around very easy. Even though it was a short stay, everything went smoothly and comfortably. I would definitely consider staying here again.
