This hotel is great value for money. Everything is immaculate. More bang for your buck than you would expect. Staff r super friendly friendly Location is perfect. Everything works perfectly I would stay here again.
We stayed at Hotel J Village for 2 nights and had a really great experience. The room was nice and had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was a big plus. The staff were very sweet. Even though the hotel is very centrally located, it was surprisingly quiet with very little noise. Very good Price. Would definitely recommend!
This hotel gave me mixed feelings. The good: -Girl working at the front desk was friendly and helped us with sorting some issues. -Breakfast is a nice experience once you know what to expect. -Bed was comfy and TV was good. -Located on a quiet(ish) local street outwith the busy old quarter. The bad -We were given the wrong room on check in which had no window (this was changed when requested) but we had paid more for the “city view” so expected to get that room straight away. -Hotel staff were congregated around the front desk when we arrived behaving like school children and did not welcome us with a greeting or welcome drink etc. They just asked for passports and then held out the card machine without any explanation of cost etc. -Room lacked most of the amenities stated on the description (no kettle, mugs or toilet paper). -Bathroom had a bad smell, window which could not close meaning we heard the city all night. Plug blocks after the shower runs for 30 seconds so the entire bathroom floor floods heavily and creates a stagnant pool of water which is a slipping hazard and unhygienic. -Breakfast is not a buffet style rather you order the night before and then wait for it to be made in the morning (7am-9am only). Our food came at different times so could not enjoy the experience.
J village is a beautiful hotel true the pictures. Service is excellent. Location is suburp. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to J Village when im back in Hanoi.
