We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Velavila Homestay. We were visiting from Europe and had dental work done in Hanoi, Vietnam; we were fortunate to find Velavila Homestay. The staff provided attentive and dedicated service. The rooms were clean... we are very satisfied. ❤️
I had a great experience when I stayed in Velavila. The owners are very generous and friendly. She was very helpful when I need to charge my phone. The room is very clean and convenience. I will come back this Homestay in the future.
I really liked this hotel/homestay. Small room but with complimentary water along with coffee and tea packets and noodles with a good fridge and hot water heater. The bathroom area was also very nice, spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful and the location is very secure. It was nice to spend time in outside of the tourist noise and chaos of the old city. Lost of great restraunts all around. Additionally, very good access to public transit and a very nice lake a couple blocks away.
Good places to travel. If i have other chances, I will stay here again. Quietly and warmly :-)
