All of the staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a Deluxe Room, which was very spacious and made it much easier to manage all of our luggage. We also had several parcels delivered to the hotel during our stay, and the team handled everything smoothly without any issues. Their service was consistently excellent and made our trip much more convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and a great location with easy access to the Old Quarter via grab.
**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute gem in Hanoi!** I had the best stay here. The hotel is in a perfect spot—right at the edge of the Old Quarter, so you’re close to everything but just far enough away from the non-stop buzz to get some peace and quiet. What really blew me away, though, was the service. From the second we walked in, Lian was there greeting us with the warmest welcome. Her restaurant recommendations were absolutely right on, and she even packed us a breakfast to go when we had to leave for our super early flight. The hospitality is just unmatched. A huge highlight of our stay was joining the coffee-making class, which Eric did an awesome job explaining to us. We learned how to make traditional Vietnamese salted coffee and iced coconut coffee, and it was so much fun. We also spent some time at the rooftop bar, which was a blast—the staff there were so cool they even changed the music to our liking. If you're heading to Hanoi, don't even hesitate—just book it. Huge thanks to Lian, Eric, and the whole team for making our trip so memorable! We'll definitely be back.
We had a fantastic stay at The Legend Hanoi. The room was excellent, the breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality options, and the overall service was outstanding. A special thank you to Mr. Long, the bellman, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us when we needed smaller bills to pay our taxi driver and even offered to carry our luggage all the way to the train station, which was far beyond what we would have expected. His kindness, initiative, and genuine willingness to help left a lasting impression on us. We also greatly appreciated being offered the opportunity to take a shower after check-out, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The only minor downside was that the rooftop bar was not open during our stay, but this did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience. Highly recommended!
Exceptional hospitality! A perfect stay for families. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Legend Hanoi Hotel as a family. It is truly a Five Star hotel. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived until the minute we checked out, everyone was incredibly kind, genuinely helpful, and attentive to our every need. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant in every possible way, starting each day with a fantastic morning breakfast where we felt incredibly well cared for. I unfortunately missed some names, but the manager, Mr. Kris, and one of the wonderful female staff members were absolute standouts. They were so incredibly warm that my kids became deeply attached to them by the time we had to leave! If you are traveling to Hanoi with family, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. They turn a great trip into an unforgettable one. We will definitely be back!
Had a very pleasant stay at The Legend Hanoi Hotel. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. We also received a room upgrade and birthday decoration which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the location was convenient for exploring Hanoi. Housekeeping cleaned the room every morning as well. Special thanks to Ms. Kate Nguyen for responding to my emails so kindly and helping provide solutions during our stay. Her assistance was truly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the whole team. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!
