The property is amazing. We booked a family room it is really spacious. The whole property, the breakfast, the staff is amazing. We had Elise as our receptionist and she was amazing. Loved her and had good communication as well, she suggested us some places to explore as well. Really enjoyed the stay here would recommend to all
We are at the 11th floor, there's a lot of noise above us (12th floor). There was no flat iron. There was no Laundry facility During Check out, they told us to wait for a couple of minutes for the room checking. Nobody told that it was finished, we ended up waiting for 30 mins. or more. The restaurant people are very nice and professional while Ladies at the front desk doesn't care anymore after you settle the bill. I'm a bit frustrated considering the fact that we booked there for 5 nights.
For 180k you get 100 balls and a free drink. Not bad honestly! But if you’re a traveler and don’t have clubs, they charge 50k a club to rent which is weird. You’d think you’d get the 50k back as a deposit but no. Overall 4/5.
We came for a short tour of Vietnam so our stay at this hotel was only for 3 nights, and stayed in only during the night. Overall the hotel was really good. Check-in was easy because of prior reservation and friendly staff. Room was really good. Enough space for a couple, but can request bigger rooms for a family. Some rooms have bath tubs also. Room service was good, and all used items were replaced by the time we got back at night. Breakfast is a buffet. I wouldnt say there are many choices, but more than enough if you are not picky with food. Pool is great, and has a good view of the lake. Golf is available at the lakeside as well. Slightly away from the Old city of Hanoi (3.5 - 4km) so it walkable or taxis are readily available. Loved the place and would stay again if we come back to Vietnam😇
Great location. Excellent facilities. Super friendly staff. The swimming pool and outside area is very nice and clean. The pool.is warm and great for doings laps. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
