Amazing value hotel, beautiful facilities, incredible staff and service. In a great location walking distance to many areas. Best currency exchange shops are only a 5min walk away. One highlight of the hotel was the amazing service we received with the front desk staff and the bell service. Very well kept and clean, nice room as well. Highly recommend!
An amazing stay here at the Peridot! Perfectly situated in the old town and everything is about 20-30 mins walk from here! It has food and shops all within a few minutes walk. It is a beautiful building with the lobby and rooms giving a classic, luxurious feel! Our room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The pool area was lovely, if a little busy at peak times but great and quiet in the evening. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with the hotel being very accommodating of my gluten free diet! The staff were so lovely and even left us a little surprise in the room, which we really appreciated!! Would definitely stay here again in this little piece of relaxation in busy Hanoi ☺️
Absolutely loved our stay here. Relax and enjoy the pool and great cocktails and then go enjoy the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. We would come back and enjoy a spa treatment after a busy day, it is such good value and the staff are soooo accomodating and the best massages I have ever had! Great breakfast selection too, miss it already! Amazing value for top notch quality, also the room service is so delicious if you fancy a lazy evening.
My partner and I stayed at this boutique hotel for two nights and if we had extra days in Hanoi we definitely would have extended. The staff here are super attentive and were kind enough to help us check in and assist with our luggage very early in the morning as we were returning back from a tiring trip from Ha Giang. The interior of this place was absolutely stunning, extremely clean and super modern. Definitely make use of their amenities including their pool, jacuzzi, rooftop bar and my favourite…the breakfast buffet. Best part about this is that it closes at 10am and there’s a good range of western and asian cuisine to choose from. They even have a chef to create hot food for you on the spot. Overall, great hospitality and I appreciate the staff greatly for making our experience a wonderful one. Will be recommending this place to all my family and friends.
Best hotel we stayed at in Hanoi – a true 5-star experience! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was beautifully appointed. I never normally use the hotel shampoo and conditioner, but these were amazing—every bit as good as my Redken products and they smelt even better! The rooftop bar is the perfect place to unwind with an evening cocktail, and the location is excellent, with easy access to everything you want to see in Hanoi. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.
