I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and exactly what I was looking for. It was also incredibly quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. A special thank you to Sara at the reception. She was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. She took the time to find me the perfect room, making sure it was peaceful and quiet. Her kindness and attention to detail really made a difference and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
The breakfast buffet was delicious. The kitchen staff was very good. Cherry is very attentive to guests. She even remembered what kind of pho each member of our family liked, and prepared for us. Overall service is excellent and we appreciate it very much. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟
Super nice hotel. A best location to be around the center of Hanoi. Located in Ba Trieu street - a big road and more clean- which is much better than the old quarter area. The service and staff (Thanh -receptionist & and Cherry - restaurant and the chief team) are very helpful and friendly. I definitely go back to stay and recommend it with my friends in the future.
Amazing! The breakfast was delicious and well presented. The rooms are spacious and well played out. Location of the property is close to many of the Embassys and there are many shops near by. The lake is also just around the corner. Really a lovely stay. We would come back.
The Minasi Hanoioi Lake Side Hotel is a friendly, mid-sized hotel. It’s not too big, but large enough to provide good service. It’s very well located in the old town centre, just a short walk from Kiêm Lake and right in a lively area where you can quickly find coffee shops, stores, or a terrace to sit and watch the world go by. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are well maintained. Each morning a full and varied breakfast is provided – the noodles come highly recommended. All the staff are attentive and friendly. This starts with the cleaning team, who always say good morning and are happy to help if you have a question. The breakfast staff are just as helpful. The members of the reception team, Sarah, Eva, Keisha, Leo and Nam Do, are always available, pro-active, kind and willing to assist with queries, taxi bookings or other practical issues. We organised a studytrip and their service helped us a lot. Given the quality provided, the hotel is very reasonably priced an recommended.
