Great location, has everything you need for a relaxing stay, very friendly staff with easy entry and reception area & staffed 24/7. On-site restaurant offers nicely prepared & presented meals and rooftop pool offers relief from the humidity + daily happy hour is a bonus. Rooms are (see notes below), and have been told by friends massage treatments are fantastic. Overall great hotel, great service, great location
In this hotel everything was very nice and it was a reason why we stayd here twice during our travelling in Vietnam. Staff is always very friendly and very very helpful. During our stay at first time we could store our luggages in the hotel whole day because we took night bus to North of Vietnam in midnight and we could take a shower and wait in the lobby after whole day walking in sunny Hanoi. Breakfast was always amazing and very tasty. I got gluten free bread which was delicious. Their pho soup is one of the best we tried in Vietnam. Just one thing which I didn’t like and it was almost everywhere in Vietnam when people ask for review. Sometimes it is so much pressure. Maybe there should be some other evaluation for staff than just reviews because they really do their best.
Let's get the ball rolling and talk about the most important thing. Crab! What an absolute asset to any business this man is. Really polite and friendly, really puts 100% into the job. The rooms plumbing is the only issue I have. It's really only aesthetic but its an old building so what is to be expected. Toscaig Pier benefits from the natural tidal flow and is exceptional this time of year! Midges are to be expected but thats just life in the highlands! Peace and love!
One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had recently. First, the hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful architecture, clean and stylish rooms, and great facilities. Everything feels premium but still cozy. Second, the staff deserve all the praise. The team was extremely enthusiastic and attentive throughout our stay. They welcomed us warmly, gave great local tips, and responded to every request so quickly. You can tell they really care about guests. Great location, beautiful hotel, and the friendliest staff. 10/10 would recommend!
Very nice hotel with extremely polite and caring staff. They really made us feel welcome during the whole stay. At the end, they even gave us a small gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The rooftop views are amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Overall, the hotel is absolutely worth the money — for this price, it’s an excellent place to stay.
