Can't thank you enough for Lyn, the hotel manager for organising detailed trip and tour for us and our elderly parents who arrived earlier and fly later than us. Lyn went above and beyond to ensure everything is smooth. The hotel location is great and cant hear any noise at all. Breakfast is adequate and they lock the door at night time so safety is top notch. Eventhough the price is reasonable, the service is above and beyond. thank you!
Lyn was an excellent host and so kind and patient. She was definitely a reason I enjoyed my stay at this property as I felt safe and taken care of. She was always reachable and happy to help me when needed. I will definitely visit her if I visit Hanoi again. Mey was so helpful with good recommendations around the property and helped me with my plans as needed. Soft spoken and sweet. Danny was a young enthusiastic person who was so well spoken and easygoing. Very patient and well articulated. Over all these guys made my stay comfortable here. The kitchen staff was a bit off and they should definitely start breakfast on time completely as this helps travellers plan their day. Great location and value of money.
An unforgettable stay at Casa Dos Principes! I especially want to thank Danny at reception, who was absolutely lovely from the moment we arrived. A huge thank you also to Lyn for her warm welcome, incredible kindness, and impeccable professionalism. She accompanied us from the airport until our departure, perfectly organizing all our transfers. Everything was smooth and stress-free thanks to her. A gem! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Casa Dos Príncipes! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well taken care of, and the location was perfect for exploring Hanoi. A special thank you to Lyn, who made our stay truly exceptional. She helped us so much during our time here, arranging a fantastic street food tour and also helping us organize the next part of our trip. When we unexpectedly had to stay one extra night in Hanoi, she immediately helped us and arranged for us to stay at another hotel just 100 meters away, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference for us. We felt incredibly well looked after and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All the staff were warm, friendly, and very welcoming. As we were celebrating our friendship anniversary, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a beautiful room decoration to welcome us, which made our stay extra special. A special thanks to Danny at reception for his clear explanations and helpful assistance whenever we had questions. We were also very impressed by the breakfast staff on our third day (16 Mar 2026). Cong remembered our preference for extra lime and chili padi for our pho, truly excellent and attentive service! Upon check-in, we were informed that a takeaway breakfast could be arranged for our early departure. On the morning of our check-out (17 Mar 2026), the reception staff (we didn’t catch his name) had everything well prepared for us to bring along. A very thoughtful and seamless experience overall!
