Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The spa service was amazing — professional staff, peaceful atmosphere, and great massage treatments. After a long day, it was the perfect place to recharge. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Best stay so far in Hanoi. ✨ Located in the Old Quarter near Train Street and great restaurants, yet the street is quiet and peaceful. We were welcomed with tea and treats, check in was fast, and the rooms are clean, beautiful, and sustainable. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Definitely a stay worth coming back to.
We had a wonderful stay at Brilliant Nature Suites & Spa. The hotel is in a great location in Hanoi, making it very convenient to explore the Old Quarter and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, the staff warmly welcomed us with tea, which was a very nice touch after a long trip. They also offer a complimentary foot massage, which was a great way to relax after walking around the city all day. What really stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were very accommodating and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
Best choice if you are staying in hanoi, we stayed in a family room called water jasmine that was spacious enough for 4 people. The room was spotless clean the cleaning lady Phuomg is really gentle and hardworking. The reception girl Marena is the sweetest, always smiling and eager to help. Another big point for this hotel is location: easy access for almost every tourist spots 10min walk and the area is not really crowded even though it’s close to everything. Best 4 days stay in hanoi as of 4 women we were. Thank you brilliant nature suites & spa staff s. 🫶🏻
Nice and cute hotel, with an original, spa-themed decoration. Rooms have a mini kitchen, quite helpful. Nice spa with good therapists. When we were there, there was some construction work next door, so a bit of noise, but that shouldn't last forever! I recommend!
