In the middle of everything with the most outstanding hotel staff! We had planned almost nothing for our trip until either the morning of or the night before at the earliest. The personnel working at the reception were extremely helpful from booking a driver for the day within 15 minutes of asking, to planning and booking an overnight cruise to Halong Bay. Great views of the city from the rooftop bar. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and always well attended. The hotel was a great deal and the staff we encountered are the absolute best I've experienced!
Excellent location right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making a lot of shopping and attractions within walking distance. Bathroom is a bit dated but clean. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was sumptuous. Great value for money. But the best part about the hotel is the fantastic friendly and super helpful staff right from the bellboys to the Front Desk through to the service staff at breakfast. Special mention to Huy and Ann for their warm hospitality.
We had a wonderful stay at the Bella Premier. The hotel staff are the reason we liked the hotel so much. They treated us like family and really helped with local area info, booking our Lan Ha bay trip and in general were really nice, friendly people. The location is perfect for the hustle and bustle of the lake area. We had a family room which had 2 large beds and still space for our luggage. The breakfast was lovely and varied enough. A wonderful hotel, in a perfect location in the old quarter. From the calmness of reception you step out to the hustle and bustle of sightseeing and shopping. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. The breakfast is well prepared with a large selection. The very friendly, competent and professional staff were very helpful and helped make our stay more enjoyable.
Our stay on Bella premier was good , specially the customer service and room conditions were amazing . staff was really helpful and kindhearted . They helped us a lot I am giving you guys 4 .5 stars bcoz of only one reason as we were vegetarian but haven't got much options in breakfast but for non vegetarians they have heaps of options especially pineapple pancake must try one and tourist will definately enjoy their stay
