This was hands down one of the best spa experiences that I’ve ever had! My sister and I went for a spa day and it was so relaxing. We both got an hour spa and every second of it was worth it. We ended our massages with our only regret being that we didn’t do it for longer. I highly recommend this amazing spa, 11/10!
Very good experience at this spa. The atmosphere is truly peaceful. Everything was flawless. The welcome tea is delicious, the sauna is very clean and pleasant, and the Vietnamese Therapy massage is deeply relaxing. I also had the Classic Manual Face Lift facial treatment, which was extremely complete and thorough. During the different mask applications, the therapist gives a scalp massage, so there is never any downtime. The treatment rooms are well soundproofed, with a soothing melody playing in the background, making you feel like you’re in a little cozy cocoon 🥰
My first spa in Vietnam and it was 10/10! I went for the Body Scrub and Ve’hanoi Special Therapy. The special therapy is a full body massage with warm oil, and I actually asked them to add hot stones too (I’m not sure if it’s usually included, but it was great). My therapist was a total pro. She kept checking if the pressure was okay—whether I wanted it stronger or lighter. I personally went with a lighter touch because I wanted to feel relaxed and not sore the next day. The pressure was just right and very relaxing. The service was fantastic. They were really helpful and tried their best to speak English with me. The place is super clean and the relaxing music is a nice touch. They also gave me a welcome drink when I arrived and some fresh seasonal fruit after the massage. The price is very fair for this level of quality and hotel-standard service. If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would! Highly recommended.
It’s perfect! The spa is really confortable and clean and the staff is also extremely nice and attentive. I booked the 60min steam, sauna, and jacuzzi session for me and my boyfriend and we really enjoyed it!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved my experience at VE Hanoi Wellness & Spa inside Meritel Hotel. One detail that really stood out was the heat pack they provided during the massage — it was AMAZING. I always get cold during massages, which usually triggers my bladder, but this time I was completely comfortable. With the heat packs and double covers, my body stayed at the perfect temperature the entire time. No chills at all, even during a 90-minute massage. The massage itself was incredible. The pressure was just right, and even my husband fell asleep — that says everything! This was my first Vietnamese massage, and it exceeded my expectations.
