I truly want to recommend this hotel to everyone. After a long journey, I was exhausted, but they checked us in incredibly quickly. The next day, they asked about our plans during our stay, and you know what? They actually helped arrange our itinerary for us. We didn’t have to spend time figuring out where to go or what to do each day, which was absolutely wonderful. Their hospitality and thoughtful service made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. I will definitely come back and stay here again.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional and truly made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Chloe, who exemplifies the level of service every traveler hopes to experience. She was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive throughout our stay. She provided us with a detailed map highlighting the best things to do around Hanoi, offered excellent recommendations for authentic local restaurants, and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Her local knowledge and genuine enthusiasm helped us make the most of our time in the city. The hotel’s location was another huge highlight. It was perfectly situated within walking distance of great shopping, incredible local restaurants, cafés, and many of Hanoi’s most popular attractions. It made exploring the city easy and allowed us to experience so much without spending a lot of time or money on transportation. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to help, creating an atmosphere that felt genuinely inviting. What stood out most was the level of care and hospitality. The team didn’t just provide a place to stay, they helped create a memorable travel experience. If you’re looking for a hotel with outstanding service, an unbeatable location, and staff who truly care about their guests, I recommend staying here. The staff is very helpful and really nice! Chloe, the hotel manager, assisted us with everything. The staff made sure that we’re good, especially because it was raining a lot. There was a wide range of breakfast and they assisted you if you wanted to order something else. The hotel is super clean and offered great space. Also the location is super convenient because everything is within walking distance. Would definitely come back to this family friendly hotel.
The rooms are more than practical for your stay, especially remembering that you will only need it for a place to sleep and safely store your belongings. The hotel staff are amazing!!!! So kind, helpful, and sweet. They really made the trip to Hanoi worth it, as they were so hospitable and informative on things to do in the area. The breakfast offerings is one of the best I’ve come across in my travels at hotels that include it. Overall, the location is convenient and the hotel does offer tour options (we did the Ha Long Bay cruise which was $76 USD per person). Thank you to all the staff 🤍🙏🏼
