We had a great 5-night stay in La Palm Boutique Hanoi. The staffs were very accommodating, friendly and helpful most especially Camille. Location is in the old quarter and many stores and restaurants were near the hotel. They had a decent buffet breakfast that we enjoyed. We also requested to have a late check out and they approved it since it is possible.
I had a great time staying here on my last two nights of my travels! Me and my friend booked a twin room and it was just what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. There was a foul smell from the bathroom at times (a sewage smell) but other than that it was great. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic but did the job for being included
Our stay in this place is okay but the service of the receptionists are EXCEPTIONAL! The breakfast meal they provide is so yummy and filling. I’m not sure why there are bad reviews about the receptionists because in our experience, they are very nice and kind. It was our last day and our checkout time is 12pm. As we wait for the 10pm sleeper bus to Sapa, they let us leave our things and just go back. They even gave us some water and helped us move our bags to the waiting place because grab is canceling our booking. A big shoutout to Steve and Jennifer! Thank you very much! 🫶
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Palm Boutique Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Steve and Jennifer for going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything we needed truly stood out. They made us feel valued and cared for throughout our visit. The entire team was courteous and professional, and it’s clear they take pride in delivering excellent hospitality. We will definitely be going back to La Palm Boutique Hotel on our next visit. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
