We had a wonderful stay at MyWay Hotel & Residence. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Bravo. Highly recommended!
We came as a rather large group. Though the language barrier can seem problematic sometimes, the service was still there with bright smile on all of the staff's face, except one lady working at the front desk who was not smiling at all when I was checking with something; though it was less than a minute talk, the damage was there. The food was tremendously delicious, the service was awesome, the staff was all kind and friendly. If you are looking for a business trip and would like some quiet time, this is a nice hotel to choose. Even if you want to watch TV in the middle of the night, you can come downstairs and stay at the lobby. It would still be bright and warm in the winter.
Solo Women Traveler: Stayed here for 3 nights. I will surely book this hotel again. They showed great hospitality, quick service to all my extra requests, top notch cleanliness, and safe for solo women traveler. They have free laundry service, delicious Japanese food and rich winery, not charging extra money for anything, great business policy to attract and hold customers for the future, lots of options in breakfast buffet, complementary service upon request, efficient airport pick up and drop off service, and very helpful staff who made me feel safe during my stay as a solo women traveler. Mr. Chien was especially very helpful. I will 100% book this hotel again next time when I visit Vietnam. Thank you for giving me such wonderful experience!
