Not sure if the reviews here are real. First off the place is very small. The mattress was not a real mattress. It’s about 3 inch thick topper on a wooden frame. I had an okay time until the day I checked out. As I’m leaving and checking out, I return the key and tell the land owner I left. This is about 12:00 in the afternoon. She then text me back saying that check out is at 11:00 in the morning so I need to pay a fine of 80,000 VND. On the booking website it says 11:30 but nobody told me any real check out times so I left at 11:55. This lady then decides to chase me down to circle K so that I can pay this fine of 80,000. This was my typical experience in Hanoi. Keep treating tourists poorly but don’t expect them to come back to your country.
The owner was very enthusiastic, the room was well-equipped, clean, and beautiful. I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely be a long-term guest here :>
The home was clean and in a quiet area. I was on a business trip for 5 days, and the room was fully equipped. The owner was lovely and helpful at all times. I recommend staying here when visiting Hanoi.
A very nice room in a quiet building! The owner was very helpful, offered laundry service as well as she kept my luggage when I travelled for 10 days and I didn’t have to worry about. She also helped with other things throughout the stay. I highly recommend!
