The room was absolutely stunning. The linens were so comfortable and spotlessly clean, it made it easy to unwind right away. What I loved most is that the hotel is just far enough from the city noise to give you a peaceful, uninterrupted night’s sleep. It’s the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from check-in. Breakfast was also a highlight—we had a full English breakfast served fresh to the table, and it was delicious. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service.
A Nearly Perfect Stay in Hanoi – Exceptional Staff and Fantastic Value! I stayed at the Marigold Hotel for 10 nights from June 5th to June 15th, and it was a nearly perfect experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome and well looked after as a solo traveler. The Highlight: World-Class Service The absolute best part of this hotel is its team. The staff are incredibly nice, professional, and genuinely polite. Communication was seamless, as the staff speak English remarkably well. A special thank you goes out to Vivian and Linda at reception, who went above and beyond for me, as well as the managers, Ms. Binh & Mrs. Huong. Their warmth and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. The Hotel & Amenities The Room: Beautiful, remarkably clean, and very comfortable. The Food: The breakfast here is exceptional! Every morning offered a delicious, high-quality variety that far exceeded my expectations. Location: Perfectly situated in Hanoi, making it incredibly easy to explore the city while still offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The Verdict This hotel offers more than good value for money. If you are visiting Hanoi and want top-notch hospitality in a great location, I highly recommend the Marigold Hotel. I would return in a heartbeat!
The hotel is located in the Old Quarter but in a quieter part of the area, which made the stay even more relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional service from the whole team, especially Linda. Everyone was so warm, helpful, and accommodating with all our requests. Great value for the price considering the quality of both the room and service. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and very welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. For breakfast you can choose from 10 different items along with fresh fruits, and everything tasted great. The only downside was that the location felt a bit inconvenient during night time. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
Honestly such an excellent find. Tucked away down a little alleyway, this hotel is an incredible reprieve from the busyness of Hanoi but still close to the old quarter action for when you want it. The service was like a 5 star hotel - Dixon & Vyvian particularly were absolute gems. Nothing was too much trouble for them to help us with & the local advice was spot on! The recommendations for food & drink places from Dixon were always absolute winners. The housekeeping was stellar. Also, the bathrooms were huge! Excellent value for money. Saved this hotel in my favourites because I will 100% visit again.
