This hotel was clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to stay in. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Every single team member was friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English, which was honestly surprising and incredibly helpful. The level of service and genuine hospitality I received here was better than anything I experienced during my month in Vietnam. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you for making my last days in Vietnam so memorable!
Great stay at Golden Legend Boutique Hotel. We had a balcony room that was comfortable, spacious enough for two people, and had excellent A/C—much appreciated in the Hanoi heat. A special thank you to Shawn at reception. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us like friends every day and always happy to help. His hospitality made our stay even better. Would definitely stay here again!
This was the 3rd time we have stayed at either the Golden Amour or Golden Legend Boutique Hotel. Both are managed by the super-efficient Kate. This time Kate suggested we stay at the Golden Legend Boutique so we could have a lovely balcony view overlooking Chan Cam Street, which has a romantic feel to it, especially at night. Thanks to Roger and Shawn our stay was 1st class, once again, at the Golden Legend Boutique. Brian and Zuzana from Melbourne.
All of the staff at this hotel are incredibly kind and make you feel comfortable, almost like an old friend. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Shawn (I hope I got the name right). He communicated very well in English and provided friendly, smooth, and professional service in every situation. Honestly, I would recommend staying at this hotel just to experience his hospitality. The location is also absolutely perfect for enjoying the Old Quarter. All of the major attractions and many excellent restaurants are within walking distance. I especially appreciated the restaurant recommendation list provided by the hotel. Every place on the list was highly satisfying — not only delicious, but also very clean and trustworthy. Most of the restaurants were even Michelin-recommended, and there was a great variety of prices and food styles, so I recommend checking them out and choosing based on your own preferences. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in every aspect and would gladly stay here again.
