Handily located in quiet street in the middle of the older part of the city. Comfortable room, pleasant, helpful staff and decent breakfast options.
Dinner fresh & well presented. Drinks prepared by Thuong, who knows how to deliver well. Friendly & pleasant experience this evening. Grazie, Thank You Thuong.
We chose this hotel very carefully, as our anniversary happened to coincide with one of my working days, and we really wanted to spend this special day in a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. I spent a long time reading reviews before booking, and I’m so happy we made the right choice. We stayed in a balcony room on the 7th floor with a lovely street view, and it was exactly the kind of atmosphere I had hoped for. The room was beautifully designed, with elegant wooden floors and furniture, and everything felt warm, tasteful, and thoughtfully arranged. I especially loved having a bathtub—it was perfect for relaxing before sleep. The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful. I follow a high-protein diet, and the breakfast options suited this perfectly. The selection of meats was varied and excellent on both mornings, which I really appreciated. The hotel team was incredibly kind and attentive. They even placed a beautiful bouquet of roses in our room for our anniversary, which made us feel so welcomed and immediately created the romantic atmosphere we had come for. Another big advantage is the location: only about a 10-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, and we loved being able to walk there both in the morning and in the evening. The neighborhood itself is quiet, green, and peaceful—exactly what we were looking for. I wanted to leave this review for future guests who, like me, spend time carefully reading reviews and trying to choose the best possible place. You won’t make a choosing this hotel 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 And also a small local tip for future guests: directly across from the hotel there is a very old and fascinating building with a tree growing across the façade. On the second floor, there is a café called Ta Ta, serving excellent V60 coffee made with Dalat beans—definitely worth visiting. The building itself is also a beautiful and interesting place to explore.
Khoi and Raymond at the reception was very kind and helpful. He assisted me quickly and made my check-in smooth. Great service! F125785
Raymond, the bellman, provided excellent service during my stay. He was very polite, helpful, and always smiling. He handled my luggage carefully and gave clear directions around the hotel. His professional and friendly attitude made my experience even better. Highly recommended
