The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Miss Van and Mr. Phu went above and beyond to assist us. They were genuinely kind, friendly, and spoke English very fluently, which made communication easy. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and they even provided complimentary coffee and cookies, which was a lovely touch. We truly enjoyed our stay here. There are also plenty of restaurants and eateries within walking distance of the hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
The staffs here are very kind. They let us stay at the lobby and common area even after we checked out. They also allowed us to leave our luggages in one of their vacant rooms. There is free laundry here and free liquid soap. The rooms are very cozy. The accommodation fee is very reasonable. I love to stay here again on my next trip in Vietnam.
I would stay at this hotel again. Out of the 3 we have stayed in Hanoi, this was by far the best. (1) Very spacious and clean room - toilet and shower separated which is key. (2) They cleaned the room everyday which was much appreciated. (3) Friendly and helpful receptionists (especially Phu!) (4) Very well located - everything within walking distance but still in a quiet location. (5) All in all great value for money. 10/10
Huge shoutout to Tung for his amazing help during our stay! When our third-party transport booking fell through, Tung took it upon himself to contact the company and sort everything out. He secured us a ride to Ninh Binh in less than an hour. Excellent service! Hotel is located 5 minutes walk to old quarter area so it’s convenient and quiet. Room is spacious but toilet design can be improved - without bathtub is better. Currently, there’s spaces between bathtub and wall so water can fall through so floor could get quite wet and shower head is very low.
Clean room, staff can speak English No problem with communication Amazingly convenient communal room with washing machine, dryer, stove, microwave, free coffee and snacks ! Stayed there for 5days and can’t complain anything. Booking directly with them would be cheaper and won’t have any problem. You can send email or contact them thru whatsapp to confirm your room, we heard lots of issues in other hotel in old quarter and found one that won’t ruin your trip! Thank you An Nguyen Botique Hotel we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend you to our friends! Hopefully when we stay with you again in the future give us room please as I know soon this hotel will be fully packed 😭 But sharing is caring ❤️
