We came up here in the late afternoon. We were welcomed by Drake, one of the waiters. He was very welcoming. I ordered the watermelon and vanilla ice cream drink and it tasted wonderful.
Had a great time in the sky bar while staying in the hotel. Went up a couple of times to enjoy some great cocktails and snacks. Even though it was raining a couple of nights you could sit in the covered area of the bar while still enjoying the view. Service was excellent and always with a smile. Very much recommend.
It's our first time in Hanoi and we are very happy to have the opportunity to know the Aira Boutique hotel and spa. The staff and the service here, like the bar and the restaurant are not worth the 5 star rating, honestly, they are a 10! We are very happy to have the opportunity to stay here!
Nathan the bar manager or maybe just amazing bartender is the most amazing part of this bar…. Yes great views.. yummy food… amazing drinks but Nathen is the heart and soul of this place. Regardless if you are staying here or just want a great drink come on up to the sky bar and say hi to the amazing staff absolutely worth a stop ❤️
