Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place with a very relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the masseuse applied just the right amount of pressure throughout the session. You could really tell she took pride in her work and put genuine effort into making sure I had a great experience. I left feeling completely refreshed and recharged. Just a small note that card payments incur a 3% surcharge, you have to select a tipping charge (on top of the tip we gave to masseuse) available during payment. Overall, a very enjoyable massage experience, and happy to return.
Made an appointment for 60 min head spa (same day booking, no problem!) and it was so worth it! The therapist was very skilled which made me relaxed as she massaged my shoulders, neck, and head. She was also quite attentive as she styled my hair while blow drying it. The spa room was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. The receptionists were also friendly and quick to help. They also gave us welcome drinks and ginger tea with cookies after our treatment~
Had a really great experience here! This was already our third visit, and every time has been consistently amazing. The prices are very reasonable, the massage skills were excellent, and the whole atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. The receptionist was also very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, it honestly felt more like visiting old friends than just going to a massage shop. After the massage, our whole body felt relaxed and refreshed before heading to the airport. I had a 60 minute massage (Aromatherapy) and I had therapist Mai. I must say they are very attentive to all my concerns. Mai is very very very good in neck and shoulder massage. Receptionist and also reservation was seamless. I came from my Ninh Binh tour and they said I can use the shower (although I didnt use it because I had time to take a shower at my hotel). Goes to show how they would do above and beyond with their service. At first I was skeptical but they do have a good customer service and massage quality. I will definitely go back for my massage here in Hanoi.
What a relaxing and wonderful experience! After a long week of sightseeing, we came for a massage before leaving in the morning. I had a 75 minute aromatherapy massage and my husband had a 75 minute hot stone massage. My therapist was very thorough! She paid attention to my areas of need (head/neck/shoulders and lower back). She checked in on me about pressure and comfort, too. I would return to this spa if in the area again!
