The gym is spacious, not too crowded, and has all the necessary equipment. The personal trainers are especially friendly and enthusiastic. I highly recommend PT Son; he's very strict, but that's what makes it effective ✌️

I think this gym is suitable for those who like lowkey, introspective workouts and want to improve their health in a healthy way.
I've been training here for 3 years, and my mentor is Mr. Tam. I really enjoy and am excited every time I come to the club. The teachers here are very enthusiastic and attentive.
