We arrived late at this Hotel after a full day trip to Nimh Binh. Jenny on reception was amazing and a credit to her employer. She was welcoming, friendly and oh so helpful. Our rooms clean, decent size, breakfast provided and she arranged our tour to Halong Bay.
Our family of four stayed here for 2-3 nights from Australia and its the most perfect location 5 minute walk to the lake. Jenny is incredible and helped us with everything, breakfast and tours, recommendations of where we should go. Thankyou so much for making us feel so welcomed
Really value for money stay. It's at a busy street so the good is convenience and everything u need are within 10 mins walk. The service is 200% and they'd go extra mile to help you with anything at all. It almost feels like someone has your back in case of anything when staying here. The only downside is it gets noisy but we as heavy sleepers still managed to sleep well. 👍🏻👍🏻
A calm and comfortable hotel in the very heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Despite the busy surroundings, the hotel itself feels like a quiet oasis. Service is excellent: friendly, english speaking, warm professional, and attentive, always ready to answer your questions. The breakfast exceeded expectations, with good quality and variety. The room was very clean, comfortably sized for two people, and offered sufficient wardrobe and storage space. Bathroom was clean and designed in a modern way. Internet connectivity was fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The location is ideal, everything is either just around the corner or within easy walking distance. I initially stayed in an Airbnb but had to leave early due to cleanliness issues. While walking near St. Joseph’s Cathedral, I came across this hotel. From the moment I entered, it felt welcoming. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a well-located, clean, and well-managed hotel in Hanoi.
