We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the hotel itself is very comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you to Kaycee, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived, always happy to help with a smile. Her hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
I wish I could leave a 10 star review for this hotel! We spent our time in northern Vietnam and travelled back to Hanoi multiple times during our trip, each time we came back to the same hotel because the service and location were outstanding. The staff all remembered us and treated us like family, we truly felt we were among friends. The rooms were spacious, clean, tidy and very comfortable. The hotel is located only a 5-10 minute walk from the old quarter and French quarter but was very quiet at night time making sleep and rest very easy. The hotel itself had a rooftop bar and a swim up pool where we ordered delicious fresh drinks and were always greeted with a smile. The breakfast included had a wide range of western and local Vietnamese food available and it was always fresh and very clean. There is also a gym and a spa within the hotel, the massage I had was incredible! There is a travel desk also so you can organise any trips or travel between places at a very reasonable price (it seemed much more affordable than ordering taxis and booking through external travel agents). The staff are truly what makes this place special, everyone from the housekeeping staff, the doorman, bell boys and the kitchen staff as well as Harry, Kevin, Ana, Grace, Jen, Rose and Kaycee made us feel welcomed and at home. It was very sad leaving to return to Australia. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone travelling to Hanoi, we wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else!

The room was spotless, spacious, beautifully designed, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality food. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and every area was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. What truly made this hotel special was the exceptional service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. We felt relaxed, well cared for, and truly valued as guests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay. We will definitely return on our next visit. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
What a wonderful hotel. The hotel manager is so nice and that reflects in all the staff. -From before our airplane landed, they arranged taxi to pick up. - Check-In was so hospitable, all the front desk staff was helpful and informative. - Tours - the tours we booked through them was very nice and meet our expectations. - Dining Room Staff- so sweet and hospitable. They noticed I like lychee and dragon fruit and prepared with love a little cup for me to take. -housekeeping are also so good.its nice to come back a clean and made up room after a long day of “playing “ All in all we appreciate how they made our first visit to Vietnam a pleasure.
