What a lovely hotel in the charming Old Quarter of Hanoi! Everything is clean, it has a nice rooftop bar, a small pool, a small gym which is going to be enlarged. The breakfast menue is fine for most europeans I guess but I would have liked it more vietnamese. I have to point out the overwhelming guest service especially by Mr. Don! In case it draws us back to Hanoi which is very likely, we will definitely stay at Tirant Hotel again!
Amazing time at the Tirant Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated Don who remembered me and my partners name and would greet us every time he saw us. Very nice and friendly guy. Same goes to Chester who was very welcoming and friendly at breakfast! The location doesn’t get much better than this. We arrived at night and there was a concert going on in the middle of the intersection next to hotel!! Room was on smaller size but very clean and perfect condition. Good selection for breakfast and cool that you get to see the whole city with the view. Great place to stay when visiting Hanoi.
Brilliant hotel, incredible location, extremely warm staff. I am not sure why this is rated as 4-star hotel. It is one of the best hotels in the old quarter. Everything is walking distance - the Hoan Kiem lake, all great restaurants, the famous Cafe Giang, the Hanoi night market, etc. Don - the hotel concierge is the best! He organised everything perfectly for us and got each one right! He organised one of the best locations for us to visit Train Street, the perfect tour to Ninh Binh, our transportation needs and endless great advise. Andy and the front office team were excellent. Drew and Brian at the restaurant made each breakfast and outstanding experience. A big thanks to the entire team at Hotel Tirant and we will see you again some time soon!
Wife and I stayed at Tirant 4 nights (4-8 May). We booked Executive Suite with balcony through Flightcentre. The check-in was seemless and handled by Ken, who always addressed us by name. The bed was very comfortable with pillows that provided good support. Bathroom had ample room for 2 people to comfortably get ready. Breakfast options was great with both Eastern-style and Western-style offered. Eggs could be made to order with lots of fruit and pastry too. Plenty of srating that had a view of the city. The dining manager, I think his name was Chester, always greeted you by name and a smile. Service staff was very good. There's a rooftop dining area with a 360 degree view of Hanoi. There's also a small pool (I think about 10m x 5m) so you could cool off is you wish. Lots of cafes, eateries, shopping and bars nearby. The lake was about a 2min walk from hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic staff. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Don and Chester (minh anh) in the Customer Care team were incredible. Always greeted with a warm smile and made sure there was vegan food for me in the breakfast buffet! Great location too. We had an internal window room and was very quiet. 5 stars!
