Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel is a great place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with useful amenities. I would especially like to thank Mimi for her outstanding assistance and positive attitude. She helped arrange my airport transfer and shared useful travel tips, making my trip smooth and stress-free.
My stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The environment was calm and welcoming. The staff greeted me warmly and were quick to assist with any questions. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed and good lighting
The staff were fantastic! Very thoughtful and helpful! The room we received was much different than we expected from the images online. The elevator doesn't even reach it, you need to walk upstairs to get there. Breakfast was in a partner hotel, the service there wasn't very good...nor were the food options. It is lower priced than other options in the area for a reason. If you are comfortable with some things being older and not working (TV), then this option works. For our family, it wasn't the most comfortable stay.
Absolutely top notch receptionists and service, especially Angela, thank you for all the help. Nice main room and ok bath in the superior double rooms. Great location to have as a base for exploring the old quarter. Also, nice breakfast included. Ps. No windows for us and slightly audible between rooms, but we weren't bothered by that and the isolation from the traffic was great, which is the most important for good sleep.
