Great experience! 10 out of 10 on location and staff professionalism. Very helpful staff, especially Hunt, Anh and Ryan. The staff helps with the luggage as well, for storage, and to arrange airport drop-offs. Simple and comfortable option for anyone looking for a well-priced / reasonable hotel near the Lake area. Fantastic location. Short 100 metre walk to great restaurants like Mia’s, and a short walk (under 1Km/ 1 mile) to the main market & tourist areas. Easy access to everything you need- including groceries from BRG mart, or ice cream from Haagen Dazs. Breakfast options include a yummy local yoghurt, fresh fruit, and eggs made to order as well. Friendly breakfast restaurant staff as well.
Great little hotel in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter. The rooms are very fresh and modern with good AC, very quiet at night despite being in the centre of the old quarter. Breakfast is good with buffet options as well as some made-to-order egg options. The rooftop bar is a nice highlight. Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely consider staying here the next time I visit Hanoi.
We recently had over a week at Bonsella hotel. We just loved it, everything, and will use it every year when we visit. The staff are all excellent, such as Hieu on the front counter and in the kitchen Lon and Tien. A friend had a bad accident and the staff were so understanding and helpful and went beyond what was required. Thanks. The rooms are large and lovely, everything is spot on clean. The breakfast is very good (can order fresh pho soup or eggs). The location is superb in the Old Quarter, close to the city centre, great shopping and the lake. And great value as well. We recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Hanoi.
Wonderful boutique hotel! Perfect location for touring around Hanoi and enjoying Old Hanoi. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast every morning is a great way to start the day with lots of choices and all the food was very fresh. Afternoon tea on the 12th floor is a nice touch if you are near the hotel in the afternoon. Fantastic views of Hoan Kiem Lake from the breakfast room and rooftop bar! All the staff at Bonsella Hotel are absolutely fantastic - friendly, polite and helpful. Bonsella Hotel is a great home away from home and we would highly recommend staying at Bonsella while visiting Hanoi!
Staff are very attentive and courteous, rooms are comfortable. We had a family room at the 2nd floor, corridor was a little musty but was compensated with complimentary tea at the rooftop bar every evening. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous with good mix of western and Vietnamese fare. Best part is the good location which was close to Hoan Kiem lake.
