A wonderful and very comfortable stay The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the café with its beautiful garden seating was a lovely place to relax. Grandview hotel is in a great location, close to the city, restaurants and the river. The staff made sure our stay was comfortable and always went above and beyond in their services. Our stay was Bed and Breakfast and breakfast had a good selection between Vietnamese and Western dishes. There were always staff at the reception if you needed help. The rooms were a decent size, bathroom was gorgeous, upstairs they have an outdoor sky garden, pool and gym area. Overall I loved my stay here!! Thank you to all the staff!! And I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone!
We had a wonderful experience staying here during June 17~June21! It is rare to find a hotel with such an outstanding cost-performance ratio. The property is impeccably clean, creating a very relaxing environment for guests. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was Susan's exceptional hospitality. She was so warm and kind, and she even surprised us by specially preparing some authentic Hanoi snacks to share with us. It made us feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again!

To many great things to say about this place and the staff, 5 stars ++ , we had a great stay and enjoyed everything, highly recommend staying here as the staff went well beyond any expectations for us , kind, friendly and genuine. Beds comfortable. Rooms clean and quiet. Air-conditioner- perfect. And of course we had alot of food from the restaurant downstairs and it was fantastic 👌
