Best hotel to stay in Hanoi. Good location, everything near by. Good staff. They also understand sans speak basic English. Only down is limited options for veg breakfast menu. But manageable
Situated in the centre of the city just 2km away from Old quarters. They have a rooftop cafe on the 14th floor. The rooms are quite spacious with bathtubs in all their rooms. Overall a budget friendly hotel with nice rooms.
Rooms very clean and a good size, location a little bit away from the main busy areas, but very close using a Grab. Staff very attentive and helpful, particularity Hang who went over and above helping us out a couple of times.
Room was clean and tidy but i feel that's where the good points end. Tv didn't work. Bed is hard and not comfortable to sleep on.Bad condensation every morning. We were on the 10th floor and it was extremely noisy. Windows allow all the noise in. You can hear other guests easily from the corridors. Was woken up at 5am by banging like someone doing DIY. Breakfast buffet needs improving, not much choice. Can't fault the staff or cleanliness.
