Amazing location (central but quiet). Aesthetic rooms, free coffee and tea and the best: the two women working there! They were absolutely adorable and went out of their way to help us! One slept on the bench to make sure, she will be there when we arrive at 6 o'clock and they even went to the post office because we forgot to throw in our post cards. 10/10 can recommend!
The location is amazing - you’re right in the heart of the old quarter. However the hotel is so expertly positioned, it’s peaceful and quiet and you don’t hear any of the excitement of the streets below. We got airport transfer and the pick up was so easy and made our arrival in Vietnam feel seamless. The staff were very helpful and lovely, and attentive at all hours. The rooms were wonderful, clean and tidy and ours had a great view.
This is a lovely hotel in a prime location right in the centre of the old quarter. The staff were always lovely and spoke very good English. The rooms were clean and tidy and very modern and decorated nicely. The only thing that was a let down is there is too much natural lighting and no blinds on the window so I was pretty much awake at 5:30 every morning as the sun was rising and letting light into my room. Overall it is a good hotel, with good service and a great price, would highly recommend.
Amazing experience at Concon house. Staff is amazing. Rooms are beautiful and clean. On the end of a little street right acrosse beer street. Was a little bit apprehensive for the noise! Didn’t hear a thing from outside (music,people). Dis have some trouble with the wifi when I arrived but the staff did everything and offered solutions really fast which I appreciated. Recommend 100%. Did book again for the end pf my trip
perfect hotel located close to beer street in the old quarter. extremely friendly and helpful reception staff who were very accomodating when it came to our late check-in time. beds were comfortable and the facilities were clean and well maintained. would highly recommend to anyone needing a central base for their time in Hanoi. they also arranged a car to the airport for us last minute when we were caught by the surge pricing on grab, which was much appreciated.
