I had an amazing experience at this spa! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and my treatment was absolutely wonderful. A special thank you to Rachel at the front desk, who was so sweet and welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the start. Hanh, my masseuse, was exceptional—skilled, attentive, and truly talented. She made the entire experience incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and looking forward to my next visit.
Went for the full body massage with 24k facial and hair wash with my family. Everyone enjoyed their services and would definitely recommend others to come! Super clean and nice interior.
I visited this spa recently and felt the experience could have been much better. The service did not match the price charged, leaving me disappointed. While the atmosphere was decent, the overall quality of care and attention wasn’t worth the money. I expected a more professional and relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it fell short.
An amazing spa experience, we left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and the team truly went the extra mile by surprising us with a beautiful birthday board, fresh fruit, and a selection of desserts after the spa. Such a thoughtful touch that made the day even more special. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we’ll definitely be back!
Lua was amazing. Very professional. The best massage I have ever had. I had the 210 Senses package. It was absolutely beautiful and would highly reccommend it. Includes a steam room, hair wash/blow dry and full body massage and a facial. The spa is connected to the JM Marvel hotel and all staff at the spa have been incredible. Next time I am in Hanoi ill be back. Many Thanks x
