Great view of the city, great happy hour, buy one get one and really solid cocktails. Sadly we discovered it on our last night but if we ever find ourselves in Hanoi again we will be back. We didn’t eat, just drinks.
Great view and great drinks but it's a bit unloved. By unloved I mean could be better. It's dusty and tired... We would we go back. Probably. But we could see others that seemed to have more going on. Gave us nuts but no food available.
