During my stay in Hanoi for a week i stayed in multiple hotels across multiple locations but by far down La Nueva Boutique hotel impressed me the most. What stood them apart is their great customer service. They really go the extra mile for your comfort. The rooms were clean and new and the location of the hotel is also in walking distance to other tourist places. Will definitely be back here in the near future !
Such a lovely hotel! You walk outside and Hanoi is right there, so easy to walk around just about everywhere. The staff were so sweet and attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great, they have the option to have eggs cooked for you and offered to make me coffee! My room was super nice and the ac was so refreshing to take breaks from the summer heat. Loved my stay here and would absolutely come back!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. My room was very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The service at the breakfast buffet was excellent as well, everyone was attentive, welcoming, and happy to assist. A special mention goes to the pillows, which were honestly the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on! The location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, with everything within easy walking distance. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
All staff were very professional and welcoming. Noah was vey kind. The breakfast buffet was decent spread and staff super friendly and made sure to take good care of us. The location ain’t smack in middle of Old Quarter but I like that it’s probably - blacks from all madness. It’s quiet besides a the construction across street. Overall I enjoyed the hotel and will come back. For large family, get the family room. It came with our own hallway and door, while each room wasn’t connected it’s literally next door. The larger room has a couch that was used as a bed. The rooftop bar has an amazing view. Only draw back, WiFi for 6th floor was a bit slow. Will come back. Bang for buck.
Fantastic stay at the La Nueva Boutique Hotel coming off our Ha Long Bay cruise. Great location, no more than a 3-minute walk to the NE corner of Hoan Kiem Lake in the Old Town. Jenny, the concierge, was fantastic! She greeted us warmly with cold tea and cold wet towels after our drive from Ha Long. We wanted to see the Thang Long Water Puppet show that evening and Jenny walked us down to the theater and bought our tickets for us (we paid, of course) and got a rate that was half that of tickets online! Our room was very spacious, had great wifi and air conditioning and plenty of hot water. The rooftop bar had a great view and the prices were certainly right, even for mixed drinks. My wife had a full body massage and I had a foot and leg massage at their spa and they were both the best we had in Vietnam. Overall, a great stay and a great way to finish our trip to Vietnam!
