I was at Hanoi house hotel for 2 nights stay with my family. Lisa and Linda at Vietnam travel had guided us in securing our quadruple room. It was spacious in 5th floor with all amenities. Linda helped me to do some money exchange at hotel and also helped to book a cab to Hanoi Domestic airport. Breakfast at hotel was good, they have a small menu. Linda also helped me locate my mobile which i left in airport cab. I was tensed and she guided me to get the mobile back in short time. We could go to Hanoi train street, Hoan Kiem lake, St Joseph's cathedral and Tasco mall which were closeby and reachable by grab. Would recommend this hotel to my friends.
Perfect! Our Room 701 was clean and spacious. The hotel is very well located with great staff willing to help. They provide Airport taxi service for 250.000 including toll fee, much cheaper than Grab. Overall, definitely worth it.

The hotel is in a great location in old quarter in Hanoi making it very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. We stayed in room 401, which was spacious and comfortable. There was problem with wifi but it could not be fixed for 5 days. I just hope they fix it for the future guests. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. Lisa their manager was helpful and was always there with a smile on her face.
Clean room, but if you get room 205.. run away! This room overlooks the lobby. Like you can watch AND HEAR everyone check in. the curtains are thin so the lobby light shines bright all night. The noise was ridiculously loud - you can hear everyone come in from the bars at all hours, people take an hour long phone call at 5am, and even the night staff/security watch videos on their phones at full volume. Really hard to get a good sleep.
