The property is new, clean, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and responsive. Although it’s located in a small alley about a 3–4 minute walk from the main road, we enjoyed our stay there.
Its beautiful hotel, location in small street but newly build and rooms and toilets are super clean, very beautiful and very comfortable, host is very nice and guide everything in a friendly way, best value of money,
The hotel is very difficult to find. It's in some weird alley around 5 corners. Scary in the night when walking alone. During my stay I also helped 3 other guests finding the place because they seemed lost. The service is bad. I booked 5 nights here in advance and arrived a little early because I had an overnight bus. I just wanted to drop my bag and go somewhere. They offered me early check in which seemed nice but then asked a fee for it. The fee was very high for just 2 hours extra. The fee they asked was almost the same price as 1 night. Service can be a lot better. The room is decent. There's not really a lot in the kitchen so it's a bit useless.
The rooms were really nice and clean, the host was incredibly welcoming even though we arrived quite late and showed us to our room and fixed everything smoothly. The only downside was that it was a bit hard to find the hotel as it is way into an alleyway but that was also an advantage since we couldn’t hear any noice from the street. Pretty close to old town but maybe a bit too far to walk there everyday. Thanks for the stay!
