Very good service when booking in english, nice contacting over the internet and with the App Zalo, it was easy for me to book and to access the hotel. Laundry service works fast and the staff is very nice, always helping me out. Thex also offer many tours to known places like Ha Giang, Ha Long Bay or Sapa and many others, perfectly organized and for a good price! The Hotel is located in the old quarter of Hanoi, just few steps out of the Hotel you have everything, food, shops... i can recommend this Hotel 100%!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, but I would especially like to thank Ha Chu at the reception. She was incredibly helpful in arranging my bus to Sapa and provided clear, useful information that made my travel much easier and stress-free. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in my experience. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

I stayed in Luxury Backpacker for 2 nights. I had a very good sleep. Also, the staff is very professional. In particular, Ha Chu is very friendly and helpful and you can count on her to provide a lot of information. I recommend staying in this hostel as it is a good location in the Old Quarter, very near the cathedral but it is quiet as it is not on the main street but inside an alley. It is not a social hostel but you can still talk with other guests if you make an effort. Aside from the room, there are seats in the lobby which is almost always empty so you can hang out there. They do not have a lot of space for eating and working on a laptop but that should be okay if you are always eating out and exploring.
