An exceptional stay in every sense at Keypad Hotel - Linh Lang. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Special thanks to Huyen and the entire reception team for their outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. The room upgrade arranged by Huyen, along with the thoughtful gift prepared by her and the team, were truly wonderful gestures that made our stay feel special and memorable. While the location may not suit everyone due to the surrounding atmosphere, the remarkable service and attention to detail provided by the staff made us completely overlook that and fully enjoy our stay. A highly recommended hotel, and we will definitely be returning
I stayed at Keypad Linh Lang Hotel for five days and overall had a very positive experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with almost everything I needed. If anything was missing, I just contacted the reception and they were happy to provide whatever was available. The reception staff were polite, friendly, and easy to communicate with, and the security guard was also very kind and helpful, which made me feel safe and welcome. The entrance road is a bit narrow because many local residents park cars along both sides, but this didn’t cause any real problem. Cars can still reach right to the hotel door for pick-up and drop-off, which was convenient when I had luggage. Motorcycle rental is provided by an outside service, yet the hotel and reception supported me enthusiastically with arrangements and guidance. I was on a business trip combined with some sightseeing, and the hotel kindly helped me issue an official invoice, which was very important for my work. The room matched the description exactly—clean, tidy, and comfortable for both working and resting. Everything felt reliable and well organized. Another big plus is the location. The hotel is close to several embassies, which was very convenient for my schedule. Going to the Old Quarter or Hoan Kiem Lake only took about 10–15 minutes by motorbike. There are also many restaurants around, and food delivery was easy whenever I preferred to eat in. Overall, my five days in Hanoi were smooth and enjoyable thanks to this accommodation. Considering the service, location, and comfort, I would rate it 9.5/10. Good job! With this English review, I hope international guests can read it and give this place a try.
The location is pretty inconvenient to go unto the center. The hotel didn’t provide very great motorbike service (offered but with a very high price with a condition to deposit). It’s ok to stay in if you don’t need to go into the center. Also, it’s located by a market.
