Super friendly personal, the receptionist, the cleaner, everyone was super kind. The room was comfortable and clean, everyday we got new towels and the room was cleaned nicely. I really appreciated it. Also the area is really good, it is close to the old town and has good food close by. The street where the hotel is located is a side street, so it is not so loud or busy like the main streets which was also nice. In the morning I always went to a little cafe that was right next to the hotel and had a Vietnamese cafe (Cafe Sua Da), also very nice. All in all I really enjoyed my stay in Ha Noi and felt comfortable with the hotel and area
The location was 10/10, the hotel rooms were great and the staff (shoutout to Dieu)were incredible! Any questions we had Dieu was always happy to help and gave us some tips for our travels even outside of Hanoi.
Very helpful staff. I left my tablet, but a cute staff drove his motorcycle to catch up on our limousine van to inform me of the gadget I left behind. They go out of their way to assist their guests. I love the spacious and super clean room. Of course, the lift/elevator is a plus.
I stayed here for 5 nights and had a really good experience. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, especially Dieu, who organized my airport pickup and drop-off and also helped me book my Ninh Binh tour. Thank you so much.
Conveniently located in Old Quarter area, near Train Street, very clean and modern room we stayed in. Hotel has an elevator (worked well for us with 7 luggages). Front desk staff were awesome, spoke English very well too! Street sometimes accessible by Grab car. Never had an issue with Grab food getting to hotel. Hotel offers airport transfers and laundry. Highly recommended when staying in Hanoi.
